Ridgefield residents Will Thaler and Redding’s Ben Greco and Alex Ancona perform in Wooster School’s Peter and the Starcatcher

We are excited to bring back live performances with customers in attendance for the next production of Peter and the Starcatcher. The performances are Friday November 12 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday November 13 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Black Box Theater.

This hugely inventive and winning musical piece by Tony is an adaptation of the bestselling Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson novel series. Told in the style of story theater with minimal and creative use of sets and props, a company of 12 actors take on over 100 different roles to tell the story of how a miserable, friendless, and nameless orphan becomes the boy who doesn’t. would not grow. (aka Peter Pan). An unforgettable, hilarious and heartwarming story of friendship, duty and love comes to life using ingenious staging and the limitless possibilities of the imagination to create an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Please review the policies for attending theater performances at Wooster School before purchasing your tickets. All tickets cost $ 15 each and must be purchased in advance. Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Places are extremely limited, so we ask you to honor your reservation. The duration of the show is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including intermission.

Theater protocols

Patrons:

  • All customers must be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend.
  • All customers will need to provide proof of vaccination to enter the theater.
  • All unvaccinated customers (including those 12 and under) will not be permitted to attend the show.
  • All clients are required to wear a mask, properly covering the mouth and nose, regardless of the vaccination status inside.
  • Customers will be seated at a distance of 3 feet from each other.
  • Customers showing symptoms of illness should stay home and not attend the show.

Performers (during technical week and live performances):

  • All performers will be masked when they are not on stage.
  • Artists will only be allowed to remove their masks on stage.

Intermissions and concessions:

  • Food and drink will not be permitted in the theater.
  • Water will be available for purchase during intermission.
  • Customers can meet in the alumni gymnasium or outside the building during intermissions. Inside, the masks should stay in place.

  • Customers will not be allowed to assemble in the hallways during intermissions.
